Middle Rock Cafe & Bar

We had a delicious breakfast here this morning and the staff were lovely. It's a very casual cafe, but that's perfect for the caravan park. It's a great idea having a cafe next to the pool to go to when staying here. Really enjoyed it!

Food was absolutely divine compliments tot he chef. Seating by the pool was nice. Highly recommend the salmon and garlic bread was scrumptious. They also deliver to cabin if your staying there with is handy but we preferred to dine in.

What a hidden gem, what fantastic staff and food. Bouquets and Accolades to you guys. Really great food selection. Both Breakfast and Lunch was great. Outstanding food, can't speak highly enough of this place. Cafe, more like a 5 star restaurant. You guys rock!

Cute little place to eat some awesome food. It is located inside the ingenia holiday middle park so make sure u park on the road. The food was awsome and the atmosphere was amazing as well. They had some nice live music playing so it was additional bonus. They were kind enough to give me give us some of breakfast menu as well.

Great place to have inside the caravan park, food is good and friendly staff. Lots to do for the kids with a games room upstairs and pool side games like jumbo jenga. Highly recommend having a feed here while staying at the park. They also serve alcohol and have happy hour

Honestly did not expect to give 5 stars to a poolside cafe but these guys absolute deserve it based on the quality of our meals today. Seriously good lamb curry. Spoke to the Nepalese chef who explained how he makes his curries. I myself have been cooking curries for over 20 years (no powders, just seeds and leaves and sticks and chillies and fresh tomatoes) and this guy nailed it! Even the heat and presentation I couldn’t fault. My wife had the chicken parmigiana with salad. Again, they nailed it. Beautiful think juicy breast with perfectly done batter. Having a play area and pool make this a brilliant choice for those with kids. Well done, we’ll definitely be back.

I got to experience another great burger. Truffle Burger, Wagyu beef patty with bacon, lettuce, tomato cheese, caramelised onion with truffle mayo. The Wagyu was so juicy n chips was so crunchy. Definitely worth coming back for if ur around Port Stephens. Also got pork ribs which was a special menu but meat was falling off the bone.
